- Approximate width and height of each elevation
- Gables and multi-storey sections
- Large openings that reduce the working area
- Scaffold allowances by elevation
- Selected system and access difficulty
- VAT on the provisional customer-facing figure
Why we show a range
An online tool cannot inspect hollow render, cracks, failed paint, difficult roof junctions or hidden access restrictions. A range is more honest than presenting false precision before photographs or a site visit have been reviewed.
