Information we collect

If you use our online estimator, we may receive the property details you enter, such as approximate measurements, number of elevations, access information, render system and postcode.

If you contact us for a quotation, we may also receive your name, email address, telephone number, property or site address, photographs, drawings (including PDFs) and any other information you choose to send us.

If you use the contractor drawings form, the files you attach are sent to our office email so we can prepare a provisional quotation. They are not attached through a mailto link in your browser.

Our website hosting and security services may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and request data.

Why we use your information

We use the information you provide to calculate provisional estimates, respond to enquiries, assess proposed rendering work, prepare quotations and communicate with you about work you have asked us to consider.

Where you ask us for an estimate or quotation, we process the information needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We may also process limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in running, securing and maintaining the website.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers we use to operate the website, email and related IT services. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

How long a record is kept will depend on whether it remains an online estimate, becomes an enquiry or quotation, or results in work being carried out. We may keep some records for longer where they are needed for accounting, tax, legal or business record-keeping purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, have inaccurate information corrected, ask for information to be deleted or restricted, and object to certain uses of it.
